Golf is a passion with Conrad, who is a 8 handicapper and whose home course is Des Ormes. The area surrounding Chez Tranquille is a haven for the golfer with numerous courses to suit all standard of players.

  • Prices range from £18 - £32 per Round.
  • Golf buggies are available at all the courses. Prices range from £18 - £26 per round.
  • Trolley hire is available at all the courses, usually £4 per day.
  • All the courses can provide snack lunches, prices vary from £3 - £5
  • Parties of 10/12 can usually expect to get 10% discount off all green fees.
  • Tee times are easily arranged by ourselves and can usually be amended at short notice.
  • At 6 courses, guests staying at Chez Tranquille are entitled to discounted green fees. (Usually 20%)

Golf de St. Malo/Le Tronchet Set in the heart of the countryside between St. Malo and Combourg the golf course has 27 holes laid out around the Mirloup Lake on the edge of the Mesnil Forest. Staggered tees allow golfers of all standards to enjoy this course to the full. The clubhouse is a former C17th priory and has a panoramic view over nearly a third of the golf course. 20 mins
     
Golf des Ormes Near the C16th castle in the heart of a 370-acre estate, Des Ormes golf course is set in wooded parkland, amongst age-old trees and natural lakes. This is a challenging course, but is nevertheless suitable for all players whatever their handicap thanks to its staggered tees. The C18th clubhouse provides a fitting backdrop to the 18th green and the staff are always friendly and helpful. 20 mins
