Rental
rates for our gite in France are per week, Saturday to Saturday. Rental prices include all linen (English pillows are
provided), crisp cotton sheets, hand and bath towels, electricity allowance (100 KwH), gas for cooking, and water for basic domestic use. Continental adaptors will need to be bought with you.
A 25% non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking the gite, the remainder to be paid 10 weeks
prior to arrival in France. A 400 pound security deposit per week is payable before arrival in France to cover any
damage. This will be returned by cheque upon completion of a detailed check minus any
necessary deductions. The gite should be left clean and as found. We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge against the security deposit if necessary. Guests are asked to arrive at the gite no earlier than
5.00pm and to leave by 10.00 am on departure day, although sometimes arrangements can be made
for an earlier arrival in France. Please note the rental rates quoted are for the gite, NOT per
person.
